We are seeking a dynamic and innovative leader for the role of Director of Category Management in Pharmaceutical R&D Discovery and Research, offering a remote work opportunity. Required Skills

  • 8+ years of procurement experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Demonstrated success in R&D procurement across all phases of the drug development lifecycle.
  • Proven leadership qualities, strategic thinking capability, and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and effective collaboration in a global context.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and identifying strategic improvement opportunities.
  • Familiarity with procurement systems and an understanding of industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in science, business, finance, supply chain, or a related discipline is required. An MBA or relevant master’s degree is a plus.
