We are currently in search of a Strategic Operations Project Manager SME specializing in Agile methodologies and Jira to enhance cybersecurity operational workflows. This pivotal role is essential in implementing strategies and optimizing resource utilization to support vital cybersecurity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

As the Strategic Operations Project Manager SME, your core responsibilities will include:

• Spearheading the development of Jira dashboards and conducting training sessions for internal teams to ensure effective usage.
• Automating the compilation of project status updates for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Leading regular scrum meetings across various projects while mentoring team members to enhance their Agile project management competencies.
• Crafting project plans, tracking progress, and proactively adjusting to maintain alignment with project timelines.
• Identifying and addressing risks promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring coherence with organizational objectives.
• Providing consistent and transparent project status updates to leadership and promoting a collaborative, improvement-focused atmosphere.
  
  

Required Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

• A minimum of 7 years’ experience managing intricate projects utilizing Agile methodologies and Jira.
• A Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or a relevant equivalent.
• Profound knowledge in maximizing Jira’s capabilities for project management.
• Strong command of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
