Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and knowledgeable Strategic Operations Project Manager (Subject Matter Expert) with a solid proficiency in Agile methodologies and Jira. This remote position plays a critical role in enhancing our Cyber Security operational processes, leading strategic initiatives, and optimizing resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage Jira dashboards, providing training to internal project teams to ensure optimal use.
• Automate the delivery of project status updates for leadership and key stakeholders to enhance visibility and informed decision-making.
• Facilitate regular scrum meetings across various projects and mentor team members to boost Agile project management capabilities within the organization.
• Design comprehensive project plans, track progress, and implement necessary adjustments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, promptly resolve issues, and ensure harmony with overall objectives.
• Deliver regular project status reports, nurturing a collaborative team environment while promoting continuous improvement in project management methodologies.
  
  

Required Skills

• Over 7 years of proven experience managing intricate projects utilizing Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or an equivalent credential is mandatory.
• Extensive expertise in Jira is essential, demonstrating the ability to fully leverage the platform.
• Profound understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent leadership abilities, skilled at facilitating Agile ceremonies and effectively managing projects.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in managing complex projects with a focus on Agile methodologies and Jira.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
