What You Will Do:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to find and engage potential YouTube creators;
  • Build relationships with creators and influencers to understand their needs and how our investment model can assist their growth;
  • Present and sell the benefits of our product offering to creators;
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals;
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging creator needs.

What We Expect:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in digital content creation, YouTube creator space;
  • Strong network within the creator economy, especially YouTube or influencer marketing;
  • Ability to communicate value propositions clearly and persuasively;
  • Self-starter mentality with strong organizational and time-management skills;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English language;
  • Results-driven, with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets;
  • Experience working with creative professionals, particularly in the digital space, is a plus;
  • Passion for the creator economy, content creation, and digital media.
