Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as an exemplary leader, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding customer service to Veterans.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations across our vibrant cafes, retail stores, and coffee shops, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Oversee inventory management, budget adherence, and staff coordination to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Create and implement engaging promotions that keep Veterans coming back for more.
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering their professional growth and success.

Required Skills

  • 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant or retail environments.
  • A proven track record of driving sales growth, enhancing profitability, and developing staff.
  • Strong expertise in inventory control, cost management, and budgeting practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a creative approach to challenges.
  • A commitment to service excellence and the ability to motivate teams effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with point-of-sale systems.
  • Willingness to pursue ServSafe certification (support provided).

Qualifications
