Position Title: Territory Manager - South Florida - Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies that cater to the distinct needs of each client.
  • Seek out sales opportunities for our premium products, managing deals from $25,000 to extensive city, state, and county contracts.
  • Build and nurture robust relationships within the municipal fire sector, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor who effectively addresses customer concerns.
  • Leverage our advanced CRM tools to monitor sales activities and collaborate efficiently with internal teams, enhancing communication and facilitating successful deal closures.
  • Represent our organization at industry events and networking functions to maximize customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify market opportunities and strategically position our solutions where competitors may lack.
  • Guide clients through our comprehensive sales process, particularly assisting those purchasing compressors for the first time.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrable experience in technical sales, specifically with high-value, long-cycle equipment.
  • Strong technical acumen paired with exceptional communication and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Mechanical knowledge is advantageous; prior experience in firefighting or fire equipment sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with selling to state, local, and government entities is highly regarded.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and contemporary office software is essential.
  • Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time as required.
