Applications Backend Developer - IT Applications

Our client is actively seeking a dedicated Applications Backend Developer to join their IT Applications team. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work within a dynamic, innovative environment.

As an Applications Backend Developer, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, deploying, and providing support to the Digital Channel. You will extend the capabilities of the Workfront system, design and optimize business workflows, and develop test plans. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own, manage, configure, and deploy the Workfront system
• Design, refine, and optimize business workflows and Fusion integrations
• Develop test plans and ensure operational stability
• Identify and communicate engineering best practices
  
  
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience using Workfront and Fusion
• 5-7 years of experience developing scalable back-end solutions
• Programming experience in Java/Golang/Scala/Python/C/C++, or similar
• Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise DevOps practices
• Proven experience identifying and communicating engineering best practices
  
  
  

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Bitbucket and JIRA/Confluence
