We are seeking an experienced and innovative Demand Generation Manager to lead the execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns. The candidate will drive qualified leads, increase brand awareness, and contribute to the company’s revenue goals. Working closely with the VP and Marketing Director, they will develop the demand generation strategy and then plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive pipeline growth.

50% Demand Generation Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement demand generation strategies focused on lead acquisition and conversion.
Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, paid search, and social media.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create assets like landing pages, emails, and lead magnets.
Gain a thorough understanding of customer needs and our product's strengths to craft the most effective strategy for reaching customers, highlighting how our unique value proposition addresses their specific challenges.
Write compelling, conversion-oriented copy for ads, emails, and landing pages.
Bring energy and ideas to content development planning in ecommerce and ancillary topics.
20% Lead Nurturing & MQL Development
Design and execute lead nurturing programs that move prospects through the sales funnel.
Optimize lead scoring models to prioritize high-quality leads.
Close the loop with ongoing communications with Sales and Accounts.
20% Marketing Operations & Automation
Manage and optimize HubSpot for effective demand generation activities.
Develop marketing automation workflows, including lead nurturing, lead scoring, and segmentation.
Run marketing campaigns using HubSpot for optimal reporting.
5% Campaign Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyze demand generation campaign performance, providing regular updates.
Use data-driven insights to optimize ongoing campaigns.
Maintain strong competency in performance tracking in HubSpot and Google Analytics.
5% Marketing Technology & Process Optimization
Evaluate new marketing technologies to enhance demand generation efforts.
Document processes for campaign execution and data analysis.
Develop campaign documentation and keep a best practices guide.
The Role’s Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in multiple B2B demand generation channels
Retail, ecommerce, and SaaS experience are all preferred
Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Abilities:
Strong working knowledge of GA4
Google Ads Certification
LinkedIn Marketing Certification
Strong expertise in HubSpot marketing automation tools – certification is ideal

Pay Range
Salary: California-Remote: $75,000.00 - $92,500.00
The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith’s total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
