As a Sales Operations Manager, you will support Limble’s go-to-market teams in managing company, contact, and deal data in our CRM. You’ll align sales strategies with business objectives and operationalize sales efforts including managing sales processes and methodology, data gathering and analysis, and sales tech stack. Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and data in a B2B SaaS company.

How you’ll make an impact:

You'll know you're crushing your goals when CRM and revenue intelligence data is accurate and quickly accessible, contact and customer data is effectively and efficiently shared between teams, and customers are realizing impact faster. You'll achieve success in this role by focusing on the following key areas:

  • Process Optimization. Develop an understanding of business processes and data points contained in the CRM and integrated systems.

  • Data Analytics and Reporting. Analyze, synthesize, and communicate data within the sales pipeline and across the customer journey. 

  • Strategic Program Development. Optimize and uncover additional potential to sell and increase recurring revenue opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.

  • Working knowledge of sales tech stacks including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc. Certification is a plus.

  • Proficiency in BI Tools (Lookr, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar).

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency in a high-growth SaaS environment.

  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to apply systems thinking to solve problems and improve the performance of complex projects.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, draw actionable insights, and to identify data inaccuracies and diagnose and own the development of solutions to correct disparities programmatically.
