Job description

Figma is growing our team of passionate people on a mission to make design accessible to all. Born on the Web, Figma helps entire product teams brainstorm, design and build better products — from start to finish. Whether it’s consolidating tools, simplifying workflows, or collaborating across teams and time zones, Figma makes the design process faster, more efficient, and fun while keeping everyone on the same page. From great products to long-lasting companies, we believe that nothing great is made alone—come make with us!

We are seeking a Manager, Paid Marketing to head a team of media experts focused on driving user acquisition, pipeline creation, and brand awareness at scale. This role is critical in developing data-driven strategies to accelerate Figma's global growth, collaborating across teams, and managing large media budgets to drive high-impact results. You'll identify new opportunities, optimize campaigns, and innovate across paid media channels.

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you'll do at Figma:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of paid media professionals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering growth.
  • Develop and implement cross-channel paid media strategies (search, social, display, programmatic) to drive acquisition, pipeline, and brand visibility.
  • Manage large media budgets ($XXM), focusing on efficiency, return on investment optimization, and achieving financial critical metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, data science, demand generation, product marketing, and external partners to drive cohesive campaigns.
  • Communicate data-driven insights to senior leadership, explaining results and strategies in non-technical terms to build alignment and confidence.
  • Drive experimentation across platforms, using incrementality testing (MMM, Geo-X) and focusing on financial critical metrics to optimize performance.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying and using new platforms and technologies to unlock growth opportunities.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth and marketing
  • 4+ years leading in-house team
  • Experience managing large-scale, multi-channel paid media campaigns with a track record of success.
  • Expertise across paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic) with experience in large media budgets and ROI optimization
  • Experience working cross-functionally with finance, data science, and marketing to build partnerships and align strategies
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data and insights clearly to various collaborators
  • Familiarity with incremental testing and comfortable working with financial critical metrics

While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you have:

  • Experience in PLG and sales-assist motions
  • Knowledge of niche or experimental channels (e.g., TikTok, affiliate marketing, emerging DSPs)
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
