Job description

This is a role for our client, a specialist provider of governance, compliance and corporate services to Cayman Islands investment funds and legal entities. Their team is growing and they are looking to add a new member to their crew, so if you're looking to be part of a dynamic team you can join them on their mission as an Systems Integration Engineer.


Overview



We operate an Office 365 environment. Our knowledge system is a custom SharePoint site. Our client and entity management system is a Zoho custom build. ViewPoint is being used for isolated company management tasks but the goal is to move to a custom application. For compliance we are using KYC-Chain and for finance, we are using QuickBooks.



Responsibilities:



  • Configure and manage MS365 environments, Google Apps, and various applications and APIs.
  • Create and manage user accounts and tenants.
  • Develop and execute Python queries, and code for reading blockchain items such as Gnosis Safe SDK access.
  • Perform Microsoft Graph queries and integrations.
  • Work with multiple software APIs (QuickBooks, Zoho Creator, iManage Cloud, O365) for seamless integrations.
  • Code in Zoho Deluge language for Creator application development and expansion.
  • Write SQL queries for forms automation in Viewpoint.
  • Develop and integrate solutions using SharePoint and VBA.


Requirements


Must-Haves:


  • Proven 3 years of experience as a Systems Integration Engineer or in a similar role focused on API integration.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft platforms, API development, and data modeling.
  • Previous experience automating processes by integrating SharePoint with Zoho, QuickBooks, and iManage.
  • Zoho Deluge expertise: Involvement in coding parameters and developing custom applications to streamline operations, aiming to bring all functions under one system. This includes API integrations with SharePoint, iManage, and QuickBooks to establish a single point of entry.
  • Advanced English proficiency required.
  • Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Cayman Islands time zone.


Nice-to-Have:


  • Previous experience with Viewpoint to Zoho by building equivalent functionality within Zoho.
  • Proficiency in Python and coding expertise to create custom queries and reporting tools.
