Clinical Field Staff Supervisor (Registered Nurse) - Remote | WFH

Job Overview

As a Clinical Field Staff Supervisor (RN), you will be instrumental in overseeing clinical operations for our field staff, ensuring that patient-centered care is consistently prioritized. This hybrid role provides the flexibility to work both remotely and in the field, while also allowing for significant in-office collaboration. Your responsibilities will encompass the management of patient care plans, the professional development of clinical staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor clinical field staff, including RNs, LPNs, and Home Health Aides, to guarantee adherence to care plans and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and healthcare professionals to develop and modify patient care strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, both state and federal.
  • Provide continuous education and training for clinical staff, fostering an environment of professional growth and excellence in patient care.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of field staff performance, offering coaching and guidance as required.
  • Monitor patient care outcomes to ensure the highest quality and satisfaction levels.
  • Engage in quality assurance initiatives aimed at improving service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience, ideally within home health or a similar field.
  • At least one year of experience in a clinical management role.
  • Strong familiarity with home health care regulations and compliance standards.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Willingness to travel within the Monroeville area for home visits and staff supervision.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office suite.
