Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in understanding their healthcare coverage choices and help them select the most suitable products, services, and solutions based on their individual health and financial requirements.
• Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales by managing inbound inquiries and conducting follow-up outbound calls to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Respond with empathy and active listening to customer questions and concerns, utilizing quick problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling by recognizing additional needs customers may have and recommending appropriate upgrades to their coverage.

Qualifications

• A valid health insurance license in your state of residence is required.
