About the role


The People Operations Manager will optimize HR operational processes through effective technological management and data analysis. This role has two main areas of focus: 1) Ensuring that HR technology tools are properly managed, kept up to date, and optimized to enhance efficiency throughout the company. and 2) Developing a robust People Analytics system to organize and analyze data, generating strategic insights to guide critical talent management decisions. This individual will be essential in ensuring HR operational efficiency by leveraging technology and data to professionalize talent management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, eager to propose new ideas and improvements.


Minimum Qualifications


  • 3-5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably People Operations or HR Tech.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR tools such as HRIS, ATS, and related technologies.
  • Advanced data analysis skills, including proficiency in tools.
  • Experience in building People Analytics reports and generating insights from large data sets.
  • Ability to teach and lead, helping other teams adopt new tools and methodologies.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to propose and implement innovative solutions.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Previous experience in fast-growing startups or tech companies.
  • Familiarity with data management systems and relational databases.


Responsibilities


  1. HR Technology Stack Management
  • Administer, maintain, and optimize all technological tools supporting HR operations, including the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and platforms related to Talent Management, Engagement Surveys, and Compensation & Benchmarks.
  • Ensure that technological platforms for Talent Management, Performance Reviews, and Employee Development are seamlessly integrated and optimized across departments.
  • Manage tools for Headcount Planning, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and supporting strategic workforce planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and keep systems up-to-date with evolving business requirements.
  • Lead the implementation of new HR technologies or upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and user training.
  • Utilize Engagement Surveys and Compensation tools data to support benchmarking efforts, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvements in employee satisfaction and compensation strategies.
  • Establish clear procedures and documentation for tool usage, enhancing consistency and efficiency across the organization.
  1. People Analytics and Data Management
  • Build and implement a People Analytics system to collect, analyze, and present relevant data for talent management within the company.
  • Design dashboards and reports
  • Organize and maintain up-to-date employee databases, ensuring they are complete and properly structured to facilitate analysis.
  • Generate actionable insights from data to improve decision-making in recruitment, talent development, compensation, and employee well-being.
  • Collaborate with other teams to understand their data needs and offer data-driven solutions.
