Position Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial and Operations Analyst to join our team. This multifaceted role combines financial analysis, accounting oversight, and back-end operations management. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to optimize complex financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis and Accounting:


- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Produce management reports and financial statements with actionable insights
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting

Operations Management:


- Optimize inventory control processes, including stocking orders and drop-shipping
- Manage shipping logistics, coordinating with international partners for air and ocean shipments
- Ensure seamless integration between inventory, e-commerce, and payment systems
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure and enhance operational performance
Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency

Strategic Support:


- Provide data-driven recommendations to support business growth and expansion plans
- Collaborate with leadership to develop financial and operational strategies
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures across the organization
- Proactively address potential issues before they impact the business

Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and operations management, preferably in e-commerce or retail
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP and financial modeling tools
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with inventory management and logistics in an e-commerce setting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
