Job Summary
The purpose of this internship is to support the Manager in implementing Digital, Social Media & Event activities for Italian Schools.

Key Purpose of the Job
In this role the Digital, Social Media & Event Intern is in charge of supporting the development of on-line & on-site activities under the supervision of the Manager.

He / She will support the Manager in drawing up quantitative and qualitative reports on the on-line Schools activities and in organizing and promoting events maintaining relationship with clients and suppliers.

He / She also has:

  • To support the Manager in implementing and developing digital, social media activities of Italian Schools;
  • To support the Manager in planning and organizing internal and external School events in all its phases, supervising the success of the event;
  • To support the organization of on-line and on-site activities, in order to implement the brand visibility;
  • To create and edit content in order to implement an effective communication strategy regarding events and creating reports;
  • To support the Communication Team in planning social media content;
  • To manage corporate social media;
  • To support the Manager in designing events in all its aspects (locations, logistics, catering, fittings, producing materials and invitations for the event, etc.);
  • To support in planning the editorial calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant and engaging;
  • To support the Manager in drawing up quantitative and qualitative reports on the on-line Schools activities;
  • To be in touch with the procurement office and update contacts database.

Education and skills

  • Degree in Marketing / Communication and qualification in digital or social media management;
  • English proficiency. Knowledge of other languages is a plus;
  • A short experience in a similar role is a plus;
  • Office Suite proficiency;
  • Strong interest for fashion & arts area;
  • Passionate about social media, storytelling and content marketing.
