Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer who is enthusiastic about low-code/no-code solutions to join our innovative team. In this remote position, you will utilize cutting-edge technologies to design intuitive solutions that address intricate challenges faced by our clients. Your role will involve overseeing low-code development platforms and steering projects from conceptualization to production-ready implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the implementation of low-code solutions tailored to diverse client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discover and apply innovative methodologies.
• Provide expert technical support and guidance to both team members and clients.
• Establish and sustain architectural frameworks and design protocols.
  
  

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in JavaScript.
• At least 1 year of experience with HTML and CSS.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools and modules.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and management practices.
• Holding a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is essential.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
  

Qualifications

You possess:

• A Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience with UI and UX scripts (preferable).
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow development tools, ideally including time spent as a ServiceNow System Administrator.
• 1+ years of experience with SQL (preferable).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA (preferable).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow HRSD and integration with REST, SOAP, and third-party applications (preferable).
• Certification as a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or ServiceNow CIS - Human Resources (preferable).

Compensation And Benefits

The compensation range for this role is \(67,700 to \)154,000 annually, influenced by factors such as location, education, skills, and experience. This range is reflective of the position and is complemented by a robust benefits package that includes health, life, disability, and retirement benefits, along with paid leave and support for professional development.
