Dans le cadre de nos activités après-vente, vous répondez à l’ensemble des demandes issues de notre site web, en provenance des clients particuliers et professionnels.

Premier niveau de service, vous leur apportez au quotidien des solutions adaptées à leurs besoins.

Vos missions :

- Analyser la demande du client,

- Diagnostiquer de manière précise la panne et/ou dysfonctionnement du produit,

- Fournir une assistance à distance pour la résolution de panne simple,

- Constituer un dossier pour toute intervention SAV,

- Etablir des devis pour les clients…

A la recherche permanente de la satisfaction de nos clients, vous justifiez d’une expérience client réussie.

Au-delà de vos qualités relationnelles, d'écoute et de respect du client, vous êtes doté(e) de bonnes capacités d'analyse et de diagnostic. Autonome, vous faites preuve de méthodologie et de rigueur dans le respect des process établis.

De bonnes qualités rédactionnelles sont requises pour le poste.

La maîtrise des outils informatiques (Pack Office, SAP ou autre système de gestion de la relation client) sera appréciée.

Vous avez à cœur de satisfaire les clients ? Travailler au sein d’une équipe dynamique et solidaire à taille humaine (une dizaine de personnes) le tout dans un cadre agréable vous motive ?
