We are currently seeking a highly motivated S&OP Coordinator to join our Factory & Operations Planning team to help improve product setup and support our Business Units in sourcing from Venlo, leading to increased sales.

Key Responsibilities:


As an S&OP Coordinator, your role will be crucial in aligning operations between Vistaprint and Cimpress Business Units. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with Business Units (40%): Collaborate with Cimpress Business Units to offer Vistaprint’s product portfolio and set up Venlo Fulfillment on the MCP Platform.
  • Product Configuration Support (30%): Provide assistance for product configuration requests and resolve issues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Demand Analysis (10%): Conduct deep dives to understand both current and forecasted demand by Business Units.
  • Product Portfolio Analysis (10%): Collaborate with Finance, Analytics, and Operations to analyze the product portfolio and optimize offerings.
  • Data-Driven S&OP Process (10%): Serve as the "voice of the customer" by articulating use cases and data requirements to the global S&OP data product team.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related technical IT field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with SQL is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, assess, and communicate data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams and different time zones.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and balance multiple priorities.

Everyone knows Vistaprint for its business cards. But what many people don’t know is that we print much more than that.
