Job description

RWinvest is a UK leading buy to let property investment firm, hiring an experienced Partner Manager to integrate into our growing marketing team.

Recently crowned the Best Real Estate Agency in the UK, and with three offices located in Liverpool, London and Manchester, RWinvest is searching for a creative and innovative Partner Manager to accelerate further business growth

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the management of our current partnerships, including portals(Right Move, Zoopla, On The Market)
  • Identify potential partnership opportunities and conduct market research.
  • Identify potential industry influencers and negotiate terms for influencers to promote RWinvest through their social channels.
  • Create partnership proposals and strategies to approach potential collaborators.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of partnerships to achieve mutual benefits, with the main focus on new sales growth through partner channels.
  • Draft and finalise partnership agreements and contracts.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in partnership agreements.
  • Act as a central point of contact for partner organisations.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between partners.
  • Monitor the progress and success of partnerships against predefined KPIs and distribute KPI reports to stakeholders.
  • Analyse partnership data to improve performance.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance partnership outcomes and address challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and sales.
  • Present partnership plans and progress updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish, maintain and grow positive relationships with new and current partners.
  • Networking abilities to identify potential collaboration opportunities and expand the partner network, with a focus on lead generation through the partnership channel.
  • I good understanding of marketing cross channel lead generation techniques and how to drive new sales growth through partnership channels.
  • Diplomacy and tact to foster trust and cooperation
  • Proficiency in negotiation techniques and contract reviews to secure mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and internal colleagues to align partnership objectives with organisational goals.
  • Strategic, always searching for new potential lead generation opportunities via new partnerships.
  • Preferably a knowledge of the investment market and current network connections within the investment community.
  • Business development skills to assess the feasibility of partnership opportunities.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyse competitors' partnerships.
  • Organisational skills to plan and execute partnership initiatives effectively and working with the marketing department to create partner channel campaigns through content driven lead generation.
  • Project management abilities to coordinate activities and meet project deadlines.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in delivering persuasive presentations to gain support for partnerships.
  • Experience of HubSpot’s Marketing and SalesHub would be a bonus.
