- Conduct account reviews and drive adoption of Fruugo Marketing Tools.
- Prevent attrition and collaborate to rectify issues with counterfeit products.
- Segment retailers using Account Management scoring for tailored communications.
- Manage inbound retailer queries and escalated issues for Chinese accounts.
