Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Training Consultant to join our fast paced, growing team in Brussels. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, with proficiency in Azure, Python, SQL, AI, and JavaScript. The consultant will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to corporate clients, helping them optimise the use of Dynamics 365 and related technologies.

Fluency in English, French, and Dutch is essential for this role, as you will be training diverse groups of professionals in a multilingual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver customised Microsoft Dynamics 365 training programs.
Provide training on Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Sales, Customer Service, etc.) and Power Platform tools like Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
Teach technical concepts including Azure, Python, SQL, JavaScript, and AI integration with Dynamics 365.
Facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions for various skill levels.
Create engaging training materials, hands-on labs, and real-world examples.
Assess the training needs of clients and tailor sessions accordingly.
Provide post-training support and mentoring to ensure skills transfer.
Stay up to date with new features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related technologies.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to continuously improve training methodologies and content.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (including various modules such as Sales, Finance, Customer Service, etc.).
Strong proficiency in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
Technical expertise in Azure, Python, SQL, JavaScript, and AI integration with Dynamics 365.
Experience in delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate or enterprise setting is a plus
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in English, French, and Dutch is required.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions simultaneously.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or related technologies are a plus.
