Role:  Spanish Bilingual Family Care Associate
Work schedule:
 Full Time | 40 hours per week | Mountain Time
Type of Contract: Independent Contractor
Salary Range: up to 1,600 USD per month

About the Role:

Your responsibility will be to provide empathetic and passionate support to parent learners who are receiving training and certification to gain access to better care opportunities for their little loved ones.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the family care experience: Your role will revolve around communicating with families and setting rigorous expectations. You’ll be in charge of managing the family care pipeline with our clinical team
  • Uplift our families: You’ll guide families through the healthcare maze. You are their biggest cheerleader during the highest highs and lowest lows.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: You'll be a critical voice for collaboration among initiatives to further our mission. Highly team up with our Clinical Team, Product, and Documentation.

Requirements

  • Must have a higher-educational degree or equivalent. 
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • At least 1+ years of experience with customer support or similar customer-facing roles such as, but not exclusive to: 
    • Customer Representative
    • Sales Representative 
    • Intake Coordinator 
  • Excitement to work with an interdisciplinary team and contribute to process development.
