Job description

The primary function of the Influencer Marketing Assistant role is to support clients across our entire portfolio as assigned, with operational and tactical tasks. You will work closely across account teams who service your assigned clients, and who will assign, train, and guide you in your assigned tasks.

Core Tasks:
  • Build lists of qualified affiliates/influencers based on client parameters (# of followers, engagement, content alignment with the brand's mission, estimated CAC, etc.)
  • Manage tracking spreadsheet and provide reporting (# of outreaches, response rate)
  • Templated outreach and coordination (mostly email but ability to communicate over the phone as well if needed)
  • QC ongoing campaigns (review if the content posted is within the guidelines)
  • Checking creator accounts 
  • Monitor accounts for subscriptions and codes, cancellations for auto charges, checking for delivery issues
  • Following workflows, along with custom site and client processes 
  • Utilize verify Tagger to check influencer postings and payments; cross-reference AirTable
  • Check influencer DMs via Instagram and TikTok, add emails to Tagger
  • Helping with list pulls and vetting new creators per profile guidelines via Tagger
  • Scale the volume of influencers the client works with; est 150 influencers to 300 /month 
  • Collaborate with manager and team to leverage bandwidth

Must-Haves:
  • 2+ years of experience executing influencer marketing or affiliate marketing campaigns
  • AirTable experience
  • Experience with Tagger or similar tool
  • Experience with Instagram and TikTok
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Intermediate experience with GSheets
  • Basic experience with Looker to download reports/CSVs
  • Slack for team comms 
  • Ability to work EST 9-6 

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with food/recipe/cooking/busy parent demographics; health influencers / demographics
