Essential Requirements:- Fresh graduate or pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or related fields.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Basic understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Video editing skills are a plus.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

About the Role:
As a Content Creator Intern, you will assist in producing engaging content aimed at attracting top talent to join our team. You will work closely with the Recruitment team to create materials that highlight Freedom Property Investors' culture, values, and career opportunities. This role is perfect for someone passionate about storytelling, digital media, and human resources.
Key Responsibilities:- Content Creation: Develop creative content for social media platforms to support recruitment initiatives.
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing Freedom Property Investors' social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with content related to job openings, employee spotlights, and company culture.
- Video Production: Collaborate in creating short videos showcasing job roles, employee experiences, and corporate values.
- Graphics Design: Support the design of infographics, banners, and visual content for recruitment campaigns.
- Content Strategy: Assist in planning, creating training materials, and executing recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Analytics: Monitor engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments) and help optimize content for better performance.
- Collaboration: HR and Recruitment to align content with the overall hiring strategy.
