We’re looking for a detail-oriented Finance Associate with experience in financial analysis, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Proficiency in accounting software (like QuickBooks or SAP) and advanced Excel skills are essential. You should excel at preparing financial reports, budgeting, and reconciliation, with a knack for clear communication and problem-solving. What will you do:

  • Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the Finance department
  • Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements
  • Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and emails, etc.
  • Handling communications with other departments and vendors via slack, email, etc.
  • Processing transactions, updating monthly reports.
  • Preparing financial reports and payroll computation.
  • Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Reports to Accounting Officers, and Accounting Managers.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.
  • Perform other financial and administrative responsibilities when required

Requirements

Hard skills:

  • Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the Finance department
