Our client, a leading fintech company, is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:

Design and create AI Models and Algorithms:

From the ground up, design and create algorithms to build artificial intelligence systems.
Work on projects including image processing, speech recognition, and business application decision-making.

Integrate AI Solutions:

To improve functionality and user interaction, integrate AI solutions with currently in place business processes. Writing code, putting models into use, and regularly checking and upgrading them as necessary are all part of this process.
Control the Infrastructure and Data Flow:
Manage the infrastructure and data flow required for the efficient use of AI. This covers resource management for processing, storage, and data pipelines.

Generative AI:

Gather and prepare data for generative model training in order to use generative AI. This might entail managing huge databases, improving data, and guaranteeing excellent data quality.
Adjust hyperparameters and implement generative models in real-world settings.
Keep up with the most recent developments in machine learning, generative AI, and related topics.

Collaborate Across Teams:

Coordinate with other groups to match organizational objectives with AI projects.
Successful AI implementation requires effective cooperation and communication.

Requirements

A bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science or a related profession.
A minimum of three years' expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
Experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Python proficiency is required, as well as knowledge with AI frameworks such as OpenAI's GPT, Copilot, or equivalent.
Proven expertise creating and improving prompts for AI applications.
Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approaches is strongly preferred.
Proficient in English communication.
