Job description

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work on various ServiceNow modules, including ITSM (Service Desk/Tickets), ITOM (CMDB/Change Management), and API/AI-driven Automated Workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow development and expertise in creating integrations and automation solutions within the platform.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and API/AI workflows.
  • Design and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and develop APIs for seamless data exchange.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Perform unit and system testing of developed solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues and provide ongoing technical support.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and new features to continuously improve service delivery.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, including ITSM, ITOM, and related modules.
  • Strong proficiency in creating workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and API integrations.
  • Experience with CMDB, Change Management, and automation of workflows.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and ServiceNow platform architecture.
  • Proficiency in integrating with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow's AI-driven solutions and automation tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Bonus if you have:

  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified System Administrator (CSA) are beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
