Your Responsibilities

Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
Salesforce Configuration: Design and implement Sales Cloud customizations, including workflows, automation processes, and validation rules.
Consulting & Advisory: Provide expert advice on Salesforce best practices and guide clients through Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
Project Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, project managers) to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
Training & Documentation: Train end-users and provide detailed documentation to support Salesforce rollouts.
System Optimization: Conduct system audits, ensure data quality, and maintain optimal platform performance.
Industry Trends: Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates and industry trends to ensure best-in-class solutions.

Our Requirements

Technical requirements:

Salesforce Platform: Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud is a must; familiarity with Service Cloud is a plus.
Automation & Customization: Experience with Process Builder, Flow, and Lightning Components.
Integration: Familiarity with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and third-party integrations is beneficial.
Data Management: Understanding of data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader) is a plus.
Development Tools: Experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a plus.
Security & Roles: Familiarity with Salesforce security models, role hierarchy, and sharing rules.
Reporting & Dashboards: Experience with Salesforce reporting tools and dashboards.
Collaboration Tools: Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies is beneficial.

Other:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Administrator, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and integrations.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Consultant) are a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and their impact on business operations.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Czech or Slovak is a plus.
