Job Description
  • E2E reponsibility for the complete service portfolio of the team (trusted corporate network access, firewall solutions, third party access, data center network management)
  • Leading, coordinating, continuously optimizing the delivery team activities
  • Responsibiliy for the team budget and for the budget related activities (budget planning, tracking, cost optimization)
  • Accountability for effective Product Backlog management
  • Accountability for the implementation of the team backlog
  • Prioritizing business requirements and deriving recommendations for action
  • Accountability for the analysis of the technical requirements, creation of concepts for implementation, discussing them with the team and ensuring its operation
  • Accountability for transparency/effective Jira management (epics/stories on own initiative incl. team- and hub priority topics)
  • Ensuring the know-how transfer and professional development of the team members
  • Customer-directed communication
  • Ensuring the Agile way of working and collaboration model in the team according to the adaptable SAFe logic
  • Shaping the collaboration of the internal and external parties

Qualifications
  • Technical background (network connectivity and security, third-party access solutions)
  • Interest in modern engineering and technology
  • Leadership experience & organizational change management experiences
  • Experience in budget management and cost optimization
  • Experience in DevOps and agile mindset (service owner/product owner role's responsibilities)
  • Customer-directed communication skills
