As a Product Growth / CRO Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining new communication funnels and audiences, working with users for one of the health and fitness apps in our portfolio. There will be a strong emphasis on subscription growth and optimizing conversions into paid users. This role requires a deep understanding of user behavior, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for creating value for our users.

Challenges you'll meet 

  • Analyze user needs and behavior to uncover valuable insights that improve the buying funnel

  • Develop hypotheses to optimize funnels and monetization strategies, focusing on boosting conversion rates and ARPU

  • Work closely with user acquisition and creative teams to design new end-to-end funnels targeting new audiences and traffic sources

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to validate ideas with real users, and use the findings to inform new hypotheses and drive results

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, analysts, and content creators, to enhance user experience and refine the buying funnel

Your professional qualities

  • Extensive experience in user research, with deep knowledge of UX, CRO principles, and A/B testing methodologies

  • 3+ years of experience in digital, growth, and product marketing for IT companies (Web, Mobile, CRM), with a focus on international markets

  • Background in B2C products, ideally subscription-based models

  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Amplitude, etc.

  • Experience in task-setting for technical teams, with a strong grasp of use cases and user stories

  • Proven success in optimizing product and marketing metrics

  • Solid understanding of various monetization models

  • At least Upper-intermediate level of English

Will be a plus:

  • Previous experience with mobile applications

  • Experience with subscription-based business model

  • Experience with Midjourney

  • Copywriting skills
