Role details

This role offers a blend of leadership, strategy, and execution, providing you with the platform to make a significant imprint on Zefort's market expansion and your career growth.

  • Job content: As the Head of Sales at Zefort, you will be at the forefront of driving our sales efforts and expanding our market presence. Your primary responsibilities will include leading and managing the sales team of 5, developing strategic sales plans for international expansion, and ensuring the achievement of growth targets. You will be instrumental in refining our sales processes, aligning them with best practices, and mentoring the team to maximize their performance. Your role will also involve identifying new business opportunities and setting the stage for long-term client relationships.

  • Typical workday: A typical day in this role involves strategizing with the sales team, analyzing sales data to assess progress toward targets, and collaborating with marketing to align on campaigns. You will spend a significant portion of your day engaging with your team working with key clients and prospects, understanding customer needs, and presenting Zefort's innovative solutions. Additionally, you will have regular check-ins with your team to provide guidance and support, ensuring they're equipped to meet their goals.

  • Stakeholders: In this role, you will work closely with Jussi, our co-founder and CEO, who will provide strategic direction and support. You will also collaborate with the marketing team, lead by our CMO Heikki, to ensure a cohesive approach to reaching target markets. Furthermore, you will engage with the product development team to stay updated on Zefort's offerings and align sales strategies accordingly.

  • Goals and metrics: Your success will be measured by key performance indicators such as ARR growth and new customers. Achieve specific targets within the first 3 months, including setting clear acquisition rates, and in 6 months developing a robust sales pipeline. You will be expected to drive our sales vision and strategy, improve key metrics, and integrate seamlessly into our company culture.
