Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to expand our team with the addition of German Speakers for a call center located in beautiful Greece! We offer an enticing relocation package that includes your flight and complimentary accommodation for 4 weeks to help you settle in comfortably.

In this role, you will be the main line of support for our German-speaking clients, providing outstanding customer service through various communication channels. Your ability to resolve issues and answers inquiries will play a crucial role in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Actively listen to customer concerns and deliver effective solutions
  • Document all customer interactions accurately, following up as necessary

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • No previous experience required; full training will be provided
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer engagement
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm demeanor
  • Willingness to learn and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented and committed to providing high-quality service
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer support systems
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece
  • Valid European Passport or ID
