Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Guide customers in navigating products and services while providing tailored recommendations.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in the company's database.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Keep abreast of product updates and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Contribute to team goals by meeting or exceeding individual performance targets.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Relevant experience in customer service or similar roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
