Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken); English proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to navigate stressful situations with professionalism and patience.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is beneficial.
