Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system for future reference.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality and customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and stay updated on company policies.
  • Offer insights for process improvements and assist in developing innovative customer service strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Polish, both written and spoken; proficient in English is required.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm for experiencing a new culture.
