Responsibilities

• Consult with Polish-speaking clients to understand their IT security needs.
• Provide expert advice on our IT security software solutions and best practices.
• Assist clients in implementing and optimizing software solutions for enhanced security.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower clients in using our products effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to highlight client feedback and inform product development.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and updates to provide the best consulting services.

Requirements

• Fluent in Polish (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in English for effective communication with diverse teams.
• Solid understanding of IT security software and solutions.
• Previous experience in consulting or a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive and client-focused attitude, dedicated to empowering clients.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and experience a new cultural environment.
