  • Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer experience and maintain service quality.
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide insights to management for improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills.
  • Meet individual and team performance goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
  • Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with customer service tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse oneself into a new culture.
