Job description

Responsibilities

  • Stay informed about product offerings and promotions to provide accurate information.
  • Document and track customer interactions for quality assurance and improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a strong customer service culture.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Finnish (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to engage with the team and management.
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer needs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • A positive and proactive approach to customer interactions.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new environment.
