Job description

Position Overview

RecruitGo is looking for a talented Social Media and Content Creator to join our growing team and help us build and share our story. To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging, compelling content across all our social media platforms. You will develop, execute, and manage creative campaigns to drive traffic, increase engagement, and foster community growth.

Responsibilities:

Manage and Schedule Social Media Posts: Create and post engaging content, including stories, reels, and static posts, across multiple social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
Produce Project-Based Video Content: Capture and edit compelling “before and after” videos to showcase project transformations, highlighting success stories and promoting services.
Update Social Media Highlights & Pages: Regularly refresh Instagram highlights, page bios, and social media profiles to ensure the latest content, services, and promotions are easily accessible.
Targeted Follower Growth: Strategize and execute campaigns to increase follower growth in key sectors of the dental industry, focusing on both organic and paid strategies.
Design Promotional PDFs: Create visually appealing PDFs for upcoming promotions, events, and campaigns to be shared across social platforms, email campaigns, or in-person events.

Requirements:

Proficient in Social Media Platforms: In-depth understanding of various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), including posting best practices, audience engagement, and platform-specific strategies.
Video Production & Editing: Strong skills in video creation, editing, and storytelling using tools like Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or similar software to create engaging and shareable content.
Creative Content Development: Demonstrated ability to develop diverse content (visual, written, video) that aligns with brand messaging and captivates target audiences.
Technical Proficiency: Solid IT skills, including familiarity with content management systems (CMS), social media analytics tools, and basic graphic design/editing software (Adobe Suite, Canva).

Salary: Up to 25,000 Php
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; Flexible Part Time - 20 hours per week
