Your Responsibilities

Moderate and review user-generated content in Norwegian across various social media platforms.
Ensure compliance with community guidelines and content policies.
Identify and report inappropriate content or behaviors quickly and effectively.

Provide feedback and insights to improve moderation processes.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a friendly and supportive environment.

Requirements

Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is a must.
Passion for social media and online communities.
Experience in content moderation or a related field is a plus, but not necessary.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude.
