Exciting Opportunity: Technical Services and Support (TSS) Manager

Are you a dynamic leader passionate about developing technical services and support organisation for industrial sales? Do you know how to lead teams to success and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction? We are seeking an experienced TSS Manager to join our growing team!


About the Role: As the TSS Manager, you will develop and oversee Technical Services and Support operations for industrial sales and automation services. You’ll manage a team of skilled Application Engineers and TSS Coordinators, ensuring efficient resource allocation and continuous improvement. This role is new in Mirka.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish the TSS organisation from the ground up and ensure its successful rollout in critical markets, laying the foundation for long-term success.
  • Develop Regional Manager tasks and have regional line management when setup starts.
  • Lead and manage daily operations of the TSS team, including resource allocation.
  • Ensure efficient resource use, aligning technical support with customer needs and organisational goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee budgeting and resource management to balance costs and service quality.
  • Collaborate with regional and global TSS organisations to foster knowledge sharing and innovation.
