Principal Accountabilities

• Lead code quality, organisation and automatisation maintenance
• Propose and implement best development practices according to company standards
• Codebase and components technical ownership
• Design, develop and maintain new tools and services
• Add functionality and improvements to an existing codebase
• Monitor and increase code coverage with tests
• Identify bottlenecks in performance critical services, optimise performance
• Software Engineers technical mentoring

• MT4/5 Trading engines
• Pricing aggregators
• Market Makers Market/LP Connectors
• MetaTrader plugins
• Trading algorithmic logic

Key Competencies & Qualifications

• Highly experienced C++ developer with a strong technical background and Technical Lead experience at least 5+ years
• Degree in computer science, information systems, or relevant field
• Experience of developing real-time mission critical software
• Experience of developing Windows and Linux services, cross-platform development
• Professional knowledge of standard library, latest C++ standards
• Developed teamwork skills
