The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead execution of high-impact integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex projects across multiple regions and seasons, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, external agencies, and other stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of global marketing practices.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • 1. Integrated Planning: Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle and internal communications for global integrated marketing campaigns across multiple seasons and multiple agencies, from initial concept through execution and post-launch analysis.
  • 2. Global Campaign Management: Own and maintain all logistics for campaigns and other strategic initiatives, including but not limited to campaign budget planning, leading marketing agency RFPs, and managing day-to-day agency relationships.
  • 3. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, requesting and aligning feedback, and addressing any issues that arise during the campaign lifecycle.
  • 4. Process Improvement: Systematize HOKA’s agency engagement process and continuously evaluate project management tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Who You Are

  • Organized with strong background in marketing operations including campaign management and development and creative production.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to engage with different stakeholders to create alignment and drive projects forward.
  • Strong analytical skills and background in operational tasks within projects (agency management, contracts, reports, etc).
  • Highly motivated and result-oriented self-starter.

We’d love to hear from people with

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital or a related field. Master’s Degree / MBA a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, agency account management, production
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and thrive under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Asana.

$135,000 - $145,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
