Qualifications:
BS degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Business, Finance, or HR, 5+ years full-cycle exempt/non-exempt payroll experience, Experience with Workday and ADP SmartCompliance is a plus, Knowledge of multi-state tax compliance and final pay rules, Proficient in Excel with large datasets.
Key responsabilities:
- Process semi-monthly payroll for 3,000+ employees
- Handle off-cycle payments and maintain SLAs
- Perform quarter-end/year-end reconciliations and reporting
- Support audits related to 401K, workers compensation and SOX
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes
