We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who will provide administrative support to healthcare professionals and organizations remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in streamlining operations and improving the workflow within medical practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage patient communications, including answering inquiries and scheduling appointments.
  2. Maintain accurate patient records and data entry into electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  3. Assist healthcare providers with administrative tasks such as filing, organization, and documentation.
  4. Manage insurance verification processes
  5. Coordinate with other medical staff to facilitate smooth operations.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  2. Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
  3. Familiarity with healthcare terminology and EHR systems is a plus.
  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
