Tasks and Responsibilities

• Provide high level target/to-be infrastructure architecture for all integrations

• To oversee Stakeholder alignment and review sessions

• Run TechOps architecture to be defined and documented

• Review and feedback session with TechOps / OT stakeholders

• Define standards and roadmaps of infrastructure architecture for each M&A business or technical domain

• Ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Infrastructure architecture scope; Security and compliance controls are built into architecture designs

• Make sure Security or compliance relevant aspects are identified during reviews addressed or remediated in architecture designs

• Estimate effort for solution architecture, design for projects and to suggest and compile the required resources - accurate resource estimates provided for projects

• Resource planning in alignment with project timelines and budgets

• Maintain the documentation of the high-level architecture, record changes and provide updated documentation

• Continual version updates and reviews scheduled

General M&A Architecture & Integration work

• Coordinate the project managers and service lines to ensure implementations are carried out according to the defined architecture and design

• Support sites and the service lines during the execution of the migration and the deployments to ensure prompt reaction to changes and additional requirements

• Effective coordination and guidance facilitating a successful project delivery

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in IT area

• Solid project managerial background, mostly project’s migration

• Advanced IT skills (mostly MS Office Excel & PowerPoint)

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills

• Leadership personality with ability to influence others

• Fluency in English (spoken & written);

• Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
