Your Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Quickly and effectively resolve customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout all interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately to enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and improve the customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A genuine passion for customer service and helping others.
• Experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
