In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Polish-speaking customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Your communication skills and commitment to service excellence will be vital to our success.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Polish and English
  • Provide accurate information on products and services, and assist with order placements
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Document customer interactions meticulously to ensure follow-up actions
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance service quality
  • Stay updated on company products and policies to provide accurate assistance

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service
  • Comfortable using computer systems and customer service software
