Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service support to Dutch-speaking users of the WAHA shopping platform.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, with a focus on enhancing the shopping experience.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly attitude in all customer interactions.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to meet service level objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service.
  • Prior experience in customer service or retail is advantageous.
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced, diverse working environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy and willing to adapt to new software and tools.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
